Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through www.tunavnanda.com are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a valid issue with the product received.
Exceptions to Our No-Return Policy
We will consider returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect Item Received – If the product delivered is different from what you originally ordered.
• Defective or Quality Issues – If there is a genuine manufacturing defect or a major quality concern that affects the integrity of the product.

Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for one-of-a-kind and custom-made items.
For eligible exchanges, the item must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging, with all tags intact
• Accompanied by the original purchase receipt
International exchanges: Customers outside the US are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us and for shipping the exchanged product to their address.
Refunds
